Our company has conventional and semi-conventional latest machinery and tools including Spectro, Profile Projector and other measuring and inspection equipment to produce highest quality products as per customer drawing and samples.
Company has unique Inspection facility to achieve goal to zero defects and rejection of any Products. We have well experienced and regularly trained, technocrat engineers, carry out the Inspection on each Individual Products.
Each and every Instrument and Gauges are periodically calibrated, to ensure integrity of measurement preventive.
It is all time practice of the company to train the entire staff at regular interval to keep updated the strength of the company and to produce excellent quality of products. So that we can meet the highest level of the customer satisfaction all the time.
Instruments are the heartbeats of quality products, to assure good quality product always, competent Instruments are required. Company has invested good amount behind these Inspection Instruments. We have all general purpose instruments and gauges along with the profile projector.

We have quality control department, which ensures that each product is manufactured exactly to the print and each process is controlled and the quality of components are maintained throughout the entire process. We follow rigorous controls like Material control, Process control, Machining and Dimensional control, Assembly line quality control, Leakage / Pressure Testing along with supplementary tests to ensure that our range is free from all kinds of defects. We can also provide inspection and testing reports to our clients if they require.
